Here are the preliminary details so far:

Date: Friday, November 6, 2009 – Monday, November 9, 2009

We have spots for 32 men this year. This trip will be first paid will attend. We are still in the process of finalizing some details but please SAVE THE DATE and if need be get some time off work. More information and pricing will follow shortly but the final price will be very reasonable and comparable to previous years.

Hockey – Saturday, November 7, 2009 – 7:00 PM

Football – Sunday, November 8, 2009 – 1:00 PM

Gentlemen, as this year’s trip steadily approaches, The Board is pleased to introduce the official AMW Pittsburgh jersey . As you can see, the jersey has been highley customized by our design team and has come out looking awesome. With these beauties on, we should be the best dressed crew at the tailgate!

AMW Participants,

Thank you to all those who have paid so far, much appreciated! Remember to get your payments to bradyjonesy@hotmail.com as soon as possible as the earlier you pay the easier and better the trip can be organized. Even if you want to come on this years trip but cant come up with the full amount of money yet please email Brady or myself and let us know you are interested so we can get a better idea of numbers.

I am writing this message to ENCOURAGE people to visit the website for ALL AMW:6 Pittsburgh UPDATES AND INFORMATION. Please refer to the website if you have any questions regarding anything to do with the weekend (payments, itinerary, where, times, what you get, etc). As I do not have everyone’s email this email message only goes out to certain people so using the website is the key to spreading the word and keeping people updated. If you could also forward any past emails and the www.allmanweekend.com site to anyone interested please do.

Lastly, if you have any comments or questions there is an interactive blog on all webpage’s which we were hoping people would start using. You can also email Jones or myself is you have any questions.

It’s TIME!!!!

AMW Enthusiasts,

As Ben Franklin once wrote, “there can’t be good living where there is not good drinking”. We invite everyone to share in the founding fathers rich philosophy and come on this years All Man Weekend 6: Pittsburgh where good drinking will no doubt create great living!

It is with excitement that the Board, CEO and VP I&T are in the final stages of AMW 6: Pittsburgh planning. We welcome everyone back to the 6^th annual All Man Weekend where we will head south for hockey, football and drunken debaucary. For a full history and all information regarding this annual trip please check out our website at www.allmanweekend.com.

This year will surely be like no other. Below is this years itinerary:

AMW 6: Pittsburgh

November 14, 2008 – Coach bus from Toronto to Pittsburgh

November 15, 2008 – Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Buffalo Sabers

November 16, 2008 – Pittsburgh Steelers vs. San Diego Chargers

November 17, 2008 – Coach bus from Pittsburgh to Toronto

The cost of this years trip is as follows:

First 20 paid = $520

Last 20 paid = $540

THE BOARD HAS PUT A LOT ON HIS CREDIT CARD SO THE EARLIER YOU CAN PAY THE MORE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO HELP US OUT!!!! Please email money transfer the funds to bradyjonesy@hotmail.com. The deadline to pay will be OCTOBER 15, 2008 so please get your money to Board member Brady Jones as soon as possible.

What is included:

Greyhound transportation to and from Pittsburgh

Ticket to Penguins game (pending)

Ticket to Steelers game

3 night stay at a hotel in downtown Pittsburgh (close to Uni of Pitt campus)

AMW 6: Pittsburgh jersey

The All Man Weekend November 14-17 2008 – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!!!

This year the AMW will add the City of Pittsburgh to its list of illustrious trips since its inception in 2003. Home of Sid the Kid, Geno Malkin, and the Steelers, this years trip should prove to be another banger.

Pittsburgh offers a solid sports experience at a reasonable distance from Toronto, and based some preliminary feedback from veterans, it should be a solid choice.
